From January 30 to 31, 2026, PREC successfully held its annual gala in Zhuhai, themed “Gathering Momentum, Refining Development.” The event was organized around four key pillars: strategic alignment, recognition and motivation, cultural cohesion, and team integration. It featured executive sharing sessions, an awards ceremony, a themed dinner, and outdoor team-building activities. These components collectively reviewed the previous year’s achievements, strengthened consensus on future development, and infused renewed momentum into the company’s next phase of growth.

1. Executive Strategy Sharing Session
On the first day, the senior management team presented insights from three key perspectives: strategic planning, cultural development, and operational review. Chairman Wu Xiaoqiang focused on “Leveraging Strategy for Corporate Foresight,” providing a systematic overview of the company’s product strategy, technological innovation, and organizational development roadmap. General Manager Yu Dong’e emphasized the importance of corporate culture in uniting teams and enhancing collaboration.
