PREC Partners with SMA at Coating Show Indonesia 2025, Exploring Southeast Asia Market

Jakarta, Indonesia, July 22, 2025 – PREC, a national high-tech enterprise and one of the nine core members of the Shenzhen Bao’an New Material Industry Technology Innovation Alliance (SMA), showcased its innovative functional solvents and specialty monomers at Coating Show Indonesia 2025, held at the Jakarta Convention Center from July 16 to 18. The government-supported exhibition, featuring over 200 local Indonesian coatings industry chain enterprises, saw PREC, alongside alliance members such as Feiyang Protech, Quark Material, Haohui New Materials, and others, made its maiden overseas appearance in the form of a “China Coatings Technology Solutions” consortium, forming the most competitive technology consortium at the event.

Solutions Engineered for Tropical Challenges 

Addressing the high-temperature and high-humidity climate characteristics of Southeast Asia, PREC’s showcased series of environmentally friendly functional solvent products drew significant attention from professional attendees. Its low-volatility solvent technology can significantly enhance the weather resistance of coatings in infrastructure, marine heavy-duty anti-corrosion, and other fields, effectively solving local rainy season construction challenges. Through SMA’s “One-Stop Platform for Overseas Expansion”, PREC provided Southeast Asian customers with end-to-end solutions ranging from raw material adaptation to process optimization through in-depth scenario analysis capabilities, garnering multiple on-site cooperation intentions.

This time, SMA integrated the technology library of nine enterprises – comprising national-level “Little Giants” specialized in niche sectors along with national high-tech enterprises – covering 18 high-end segments of the coatings industry chain. Beyond PREC’s functional solvents and specialty monomers, the synergistic solution matrix – spanning from fundamental materials to end applications – was co-built by:
