Recently, the seventh batch of the national “Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive, and Novel” (‘Little Giant’) enterprise list for 2025 was officially announced. Shenzhen Prechem New Materials Co., Ltd. This achievement is closely linked to the continuously optimized industrial policy environment in Shenzhen. According to the “Notice on Organizing the Application and Review Work for 2025 ‘Little Giant’ Enterprises,” issued by the Shenzhen Municipal SME Service Bureau on May 15, 2025, the city is intensifying its efforts to cultivate high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in a structured manner.

To qualify as an applicant, enterprises must meet strict criteria: they must be recognized as Shenzhen “Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive, and Novel” SMEs and must have achieved an operating revenue of at least CNY 50 million in the previous year. Additionally, enterprises applying for the seventh batch of “Little Giant” status must demonstrate an average annual growth rate of main business revenue of no less than 5% over the past two years.

Established in 2009, PREC, as a National High-Tech Enterprise, had already been recognized as a Shenzhen “Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive, and Novel” SME prior to obtaining the “Little Giant” title.
