gspb_heading-id-gsbp-58cd720\"><strong>Conce\u00e7\u00e3o experimental<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A viscosidade rotacional a 25\u00b0C foi utilizada para comparar o poder de dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o de cinco solventes para a resina acr\u00edlica sob diferentes teores de s\u00f3lidos e temperaturas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gama de temperaturas: 15-65\u00b0C em incrementos de 10\u00b0C<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conte\u00fado s\u00f3lido: 10-70% em incrementos de 10%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tempo de dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o constante (2h) e massa (104g)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para maior clareza, os solventes referidos neste estudo s\u00e3o abreviados da seguinte forma:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>EEP: Propionato de 3-etoxietilo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MMP: Propionato de 3-metoxipropilo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MAK: 2-Heptanona (Metil Amil Cetona)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BA: Acetato de butilo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PMA: Acetato de \u00e9ter met\u00edlico de propilenoglicol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"gspb_heading-id-gsbp-e112bf9\" class=\"gspb_heading gspb_heading-id-gsbp-e112bf9\"><strong><strong>An\u00e1lise de teor de s\u00f3lidos de 40%:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Classifica\u00e7\u00e3o da capacidade de dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o: MAK &gt; EEP &gt; MMP &gt; PMA &gt; BA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o completa alcan\u00e7ada acima de 45\u00b0C (MAK\/EEP\/MMP) e 55\u00b0C (PMA\/BA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n <\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Com teores s\u00f3lidos de 50% e superiores, a resina acr\u00edlica n\u00e3o podia ser totalmente dissolvida em nenhum dos cinco solventes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"gspb_heading-id-gsbp-17e3c96\" class=\"gspb_heading gspb_heading-id-gsbp-17e3c96\"><strong>Conclus\u00f5es experimentais<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cinco solventes foram testados quanto \u00e0 sua capacidade de dissolver a resina acr\u00edlica.
