gspb_heading-id-gsbp-58cd720\"><strong>Conception exp\u00e9rimentale<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La viscosit\u00e9 rotationnelle \u00e0 25\u00b0C a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour comparer le pouvoir dissolvant de cinq solvants pour la r\u00e9sine acrylique en fonction de la teneur en solides et de la temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plage de temp\u00e9rature : 15-65\u00b0C par incr\u00e9ments de 10\u00b0C<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contenu solide : 10-70% par incr\u00e9ments de 10%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temps de dissolution (2h) et masse (104g) constants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Par souci de clart\u00e9, les solvants mentionn\u00e9s dans cette \u00e9tude sont abr\u00e9g\u00e9s comme suit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>EEP : Propionate de 3 \u00e9thoxy\u00e9thyle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MMP : Propionate de 3-m\u00e9thoxypropyle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MAK : 2-Heptanone (M\u00e9thyl Amyl C\u00e9tone)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BA : Ac\u00e9tate de butyle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PMA : ac\u00e9tate d'\u00e9ther m\u00e9thylique de propyl\u00e8ne glycol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"gspb_heading-id-gsbp-e112bf9\" class=\"gspb_heading contenu solide :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Classement de la capacit\u00e9 de dissolution : MAK &gt; EEP &gt; MMP &gt; PMA &gt; BA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dissolution compl\u00e8te \u00e0 partir de 45\u00b0C (MAK\/EEP\/MMP) et 55\u00b0C (PMA\/BA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n <\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 des teneurs en solides de 50% et plus, la r\u00e9sine acrylique n'a pu \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement dissoute dans aucun des cinq solvants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"gspb_heading-id-gsbp-17e3c96\" class=\"gspb_heading gspb_heading-id-gsbp-17e3c96\"><strong>Conclusions exp\u00e9rimentales<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cinq solvants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9s pour leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 dissoudre la r\u00e9sine acrylique.
